FAQ / Support

Does the kit-only option include a controller?
No. Choose Modded Controller for the controller with the kit pre-installed. Expansion Kit only is for installation on a controller you already own.

Where will my image be printed?
Only on the flat front face of the kit’s Part A. Move and resize the image in the configurator, then approve its final crop.

Does changing the model change the print shape?
Yes. Bluetooth, MFi USB-C and Galileo each use their own plate shape. Review the crop again after changing the model.

Are add-ons included?
Only the accessories you select are added to the order. The options shown depend on the chosen model and format.
