All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Faster shipping options (such as expedited or next-day delivery) are available at checkout and must be paid by the buyer.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Ships to 37 of the largest e-commerce markets, including Australia, Canada, the European Union, Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.

 

  • This service supports DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid by us.

  • To qualify, your order must use this specific shipping method, and duties must be collected at checkout.

  • You will see this clearly indicated during checkout if available in your country.

  • ❗ All other international shipping methods are shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
That means the buyer is responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees upon delivery in the destination country.

❗ Issues with Delivery
