Where will my image be printed?
Only on the flat back of the case. The sides, the curved edges and the camera opening are not printed. Move and resize the image in the configurator, then approve its final crop.
Why does the design stop before the edge?
The print area ends 3 mm from the edge of the case, so your design stays on the flat back. The flat preview in the configurator shows exactly what will print, and we receive your design with that crop already applied.
What is the difference between the case styles?
Full Camera Cutout has one opening that leaves the whole camera module uncovered. Lens Cutouts covers the camera module and has individual openings for each lens, the flash and the microphone. On both, the design is printed on the flat back and stops 3 mm from the edge. On Full Camera Cutout it also stays 3 mm away from the camera opening; on Lens Cutouts it covers the camera area and is cut only at the lens, flash and microphone openings.
What happens around the camera?
On Full Camera Cutout cases, your design stops 3 mm from the camera opening. On Lens Cutouts cases, your design covers the area around and between the lenses and is cut only at the openings themselves. If you prefer to keep the camera area blank, choose Panel below the camera under Design layout: your design then prints as a panel that starts 3 mm below the camera, with the same corners as the Full Camera Cutout print area. On Full Camera Cutout cases, narrow strips between the camera and the nearest edges are too thin to print, so they stay blank. Seen from the back, the camera is at the top (top-left on most models, across the top on iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro models): keep faces, text and logos away from the openings.
