The PS5 DualSense® Replacement Shell Kit lets you mod your existing controller yourself — and pay 60% less than a fully-modded controller. Handcrafted in our Florida workshop, each kit includes the complete external housing (front shell, back shell, grips, side trims) painted in one of three iconic game-themed designs: The Last of Us, Monster Hunter Wilds or CONCORD.

Note: This is a replacement shell kit only. The DualSense® controller itself is not included — you'll reuse all the electronics (PCB, motors, sticks) from your existing controller.
